Terms of Service

Ardeo Labs LLC (“Ardeo Labs,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company that builds software for small service businesses. Each of our products is offered under its own Terms of Service, written for what that product does and the people who use it.

The short version: the product you use is governed by that product’s terms. This page tells you which terms apply and where to read them. It does not add terms of its own.

1. Which terms apply

When you create an account in, subscribe to, or otherwise use one of our products, that product’s Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Ardeo Labs LLC for that product, including any purchase made through it:

Subscriptions and other purchases from Ardeo Labs are billed by Ardeo Labs LLC and processed by Stripe. When you complete a checkout, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service of the product you are buying; that product and a link to its terms are shown at checkout and listed above. Receipts, invoices, and billing portals may carry the Ardeo Labs name because we are the seller of record for every product.

Where a product lets you collect payments from your own clients through it, that arrangement is governed additionally by the payments agreement published within that product and referenced from its terms.

3. This website

ardeolabs.com is an informational site with no accounts, forms, or purchases. Its content is provided as-is for information about the company and its products. Trademarks and product names on it belong to Ardeo Labs LLC or their respective owners.

4. Privacy

Our company Privacy Policy covers this website and our company email and social accounts. Each product’s own privacy policy covers the data that product handles; they are listed there.

5. Changes

We’ll post changes to this page here and update the date above. Changes to a product’s terms are posted on that product’s site under the process its terms describe.
